So I'm doing the Great North Run again this year, with my brothers, and as a team were raising money for Kidney Research UK. My dad and brother James suffer from a hereditary condition called polysistic kidney disease, and with out the important work organisations such as Kidney Research UK do, my dad, brother and many others may not receive the life-saving treatment that they need, such as dialysis and kidney transplant.

So I know many of you gave so generously last year, and I know you'll probably have so many people asking for sponsorship, but if you could spare just a little, I would really appriciate it, and it would make it all the more worthwhile.
