My story
Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page!!! :-)
I'm raising funds for my parent's charity - The Aurora Health Foundation - whose invaluable support has been helping people from all different backgrounds for the past five years. Aurora is a specialist therapy centre offering a range of talking and bodywork therapies - counselling / complementary therapies - and supportive services to help adult victims/survivors of childhood abuse heal from their past trauma. Many survivors experience unexplained and unresolved problematic symptoms caused by sexual abuse and associated abuse in childhood. Aurora is one of the few centres in the UK supporting and helping people to work towards resolving these problems.
I am running 8.2 miles in the Whole Foods Market Breakfast Run (puff puff puff...!) to try and raise as much as I can for this amazing cause, and any help any of you could give me would be wholeheartedly appreciated from me, and them! Lovely Jubbly!
