Welcome to the fundraising page for Phoenix Trading Butterfly Tea Parties being held throughout the country in support of Children’s Hospices UK. This is where Phoenix Traders, together with their customers and supporters, can come together to donate to this worthwhile charity.

Butterfly Tea Party 2011

For the third year running, Phoenix Traders and their customers will be holding Butterfly Tea Parties in support of Children’s Hospices UK throughout the month of May and, with their exceedingly generous donations, we hope we will achieve our new ambitious target by the end of the year. We have reset the target on this page to £455,476.00 as we are hoping to add another £150,000, including ‘off-line’ donations (see explanation below), to the phenomenal amount of £305,476 raised as a result of Butterfly Tea Parties in 2009 and 2010. We would be delighted if you choose to participate in this nationwide initiative and support this wonderful cause.  Throughout the month, our Traders will be selling Phoenix products at their Butterfly Tea Parties, with a proportion of their sales being donated to the charity.

In addition, to swell the fundraising coffers, the company has selected 11 cards which are anticipated to be the top sellers for the month of May and Phoenix Trading will be making a 20p donation for every one that’s sold.

If you wish to support this wonderful charity by holding a tea party of your own, please contact your local Trader, or call our Customer Service Department on 020 8875 9944, or check out our website www.phoenix-trading.co.uk for further information about the company.

Butterfly Tea Party – the story so far

This page was originally set up in 2009 to support a special initiative whereby Phoenix Traders held fundraising Butterfly Tea Parties the length and breadth of the UK throughout the months of September 2009 and June 2010. The target of £455,476 is an amalgamation of the sums raised to date (£135,866 in 2009 and £169,610 in 2010 and our 2011 target of £150,000).

This page also shows ‘off-line’ donations made by the company and via Phoenix Traders’ own individual JustGiving pages in support of Children’s Hospices UK. For a full picture of where all the donations came from, please visit the Phoenix International Charity Website http://phoenixinternationalcharity.org/united-kingdom/butterfly-tea-party-2010/butterfly-tea-party-activity.

Other fundraising for Children’s Hospices UK

Christmas Cards: In addition to all the fundraising mentioned above involving Butterfly Tea Parties, since 2009 Phoenix Trading has also donated a proportion of the funds raised through the sale of our exclusive range of Phoenix Trading Christmas cards; Children’s Hospices UK will continue to benefit from Christmas card sales in 2011.

The Phoenix International Charity and Phoenix Trading are proud to support Children’s Hospices UK.
