2012 has many sporting events, the Olympics, Euro 2012, but the most important surely has to be the Pigeon Watch NvS Charity Shoot which decides whether the Southerners or the Northerners are the best shots in Britain!

Different Strokes

This year we are raising money for Different Strokes, an amazing small Charity who raise awareness and help stroke survivors of working age to optimise their recovery, take control of their own lives and regain as much independence as possible by offering free rehabilitative services and advice.

The North v South Shoot

For the last two years Pigeon Watch has held a Charity Shoot aimed at settling the age old debate of whether Northerners or Southerners are the most accurate shooters! Intriguingly the series is level at 1 victory apiece for the North and the South, which means that the 2012 event is even more important as a decider event, to see which side can regain the bragging rights for another year!!

Please dig deep and donate now, it would be brilliant to see you at the shoot which is on the 2nd June 2012, and is open to all current Pigeon Watch members at Orston Shooting Ground in Nottinghamshire. The clay pigeon shoot will be 100 bird sporting, and the day will finish up with a Charity raffle, with some excellent prizes, for more details please see:
