On Thursday 12th September, I'm taking on a very new challenge of tandem biking 40k from Hereford to Ross-on-Wye.

Nervous is an understatement - as many of you may know, I'm not best known for my cycling abilities, so this is sure to be a challenge!

It is for a really worthy cause, so any donations, no matter how small would be really appreciated :)
