This year Prestige Nursing + Care has been working with Independent Age, one of the UK's leading charities giving advice and information to older people to help raise funds. At a time when there is so much change within the care industry, we feel it is critically important to help support charities that provide such support for older people on a range of important issues.

Prestige Nursing + Care are holding a national Action Day on 1 October 2014 in aid of their charity of the year, Independent Age, with an incredible fundraising target of £40,000!  In the run up to 1st October and on the day, staff across 40 of our branches and at Head Office, will be fundraising and taking part in a range of events, celebrating UK Older People's Day with local communities around the country.  Louisa, Kerry and Donna at our branch in Peterborough will be doing a 10 mile cycle ride on Saturday 18th October.
