I am based out of Australia and heard about SpecialEffect through Facebook. I have seen the effect that enabling people with disabilities to do what they love can have on their life! SpecialEffect is a UK-based charity who help people with disabilities by using technology and modifications to assist them play video games to the best of their abilities. I am relatively new to Twitch but I will be live streaming on Friday 20th, Saturday 21st  and Sunday 22nd (Australian time) with the aim of raising money for this good cause and trying to hit 24 hours over the weekend! The games will probably include: H1Z1, Dying Light, 7 Days to Die, Grim Fandango Remastered, Life is Strange, BattleBlock Theatre, Divinity: Original Sin, Planetside 2, Papers Please, and many others (depending on my mood)
