<p class="MsoNormal"><span style="font-family: 'Calibri','sans-serif';">We are writing to you to share some exciting news of how Latin Link is developing in Argentina -Chile and to offer you the possibility of being involved in this.</span></p>

<p class="MsoNormal"><span style="font-family: 'Calibri','sans-serif';">We are very excited to be able to tell you that the in<strong> January 2011 </strong>we will be sending the <strong>first Step team from Salta</strong>. Sending Steppers and Striders from Latin America has been part of our vision and one of our dreams for some time now. </span></p>

<p class="MsoNormal"><span style="font-family: 'Calibri','sans-serif';">Salta Step 2011 has been put together with young people who all come from a church that has received a Step team previously. This means that the pastor, the Stepper and the church all have a good idea of what being part of a Step team involves.</span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal"><span style="font-family: 'Calibri','sans-serif';">The team will be going to Ecuador for 5 weeks in January 2011. For them too it will be a cross-cultural mission experience despite already knowing the language. Knowing the language will enable them to be involved more directly with local people. The team will support 'Ethics' clases in various schools, using drama, music etc. They will help out at Summer camps. Finally they will spend a week in the Ecuatorian jungle working in evangelism with the indigenous church there.</span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal"><span style="font-family: 'Calibri','sans-serif';">The cost of the project will be around 10,000 pounds which is 1000 pounds per person. During the year we have held a number of fundraising activities with the whole team. Each individual together with their church has also been organizing further fund raising activities. Knowing the background and realities here you will understand that raising the funds has been and still is a huge challenge. <span style="font-family: 'Calibri','sans-serif';">At this moment after all the hard work,<strong> we are still 2500 pounds short for the whole team.</strong></span></span>
