<p>Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page!</p> <p>Mental Health is such a taboo subject in society, we readily dig deep into our pockets for well known charities but not many of us realise that those suffering with mental health conditions sometimes suffer in silence.</p> <p>As you known I am currently training to be a mental health nurse, whilst I train and when I qualify I want to raise funds but more importantly raise awareness about mental health and how we can work to help improve care provided to those in need!</p> <p>I have decided to do a sky dive, yeah crazy right? But it is all for a good cause, SANE is a mental health charity that helps those that sometimes, we can't! They aim to provide emotional support, practical help and information whilst also combatting stigma and increasing understanding. Please help me help them as they also initiate lots of research into treatments and actual experiences of menthal health conditions!</p> <p>Donating through JustGiving is simple, fast and totally secure.
