Brain Tumour Research is the leading voice of the brain tumour community and focused on finding a cure for all types of brain tumours. We are campaigning to increase the national investment in research to £35 million per year and funding sustainable Centres of Excellence across the UK.

Story

Thanks for taking the time to visit our JustGiving page.

We are taking part in this year's University of Portsmouth's staff sports day to raise money for Brain Tumour Research.  A chance to have fun and raise money for a great cause.

One of Brain Tumour Research’s Centres of Excellence is housed within
University of Portsmouth and is the largest dedicated brain tumour
research centre in the UK which is why we are once again teaming up with them for our staff Sports Day.

Brain tumours kill more children and adults under the age of 40 than any other cancer. The charity Brain Tumour Research continues to drive awareness of this devastating disease which, to date, has had just one per cent of the national spend on cancer research allocated to it.
