On Saturday the 7th September we will be running our first 10k round Crystal Palace park as a QPCA team. Some of us had never run until a few months ago and some of us this will be a walk in the park (or run as it seems it will be). We will all be supporting each other to make sure that we all complete the full 10k!

At Quilter we support young carers and people who have a difficult home life. It's something that we all feel so strongly about. We may all moan at the prospect of going home to cook and clean but we don't have the limitations of having to go home and physically care for someone. This can be emotionally and mentally draining.

At Quilter we want to provide resources and funds to make life that little bit better. Please dig deep and give us much as you can.
