The treatment and care the NHS provides to cancer patients like me is superb, and central to this is the care and support of Macmillan nurses. Let's raise some money to say 'thank you' to the Macmillan nurses -- in my case the ones who work at Mount Vernon and Northwick Park hospitals.

All I'm doing is going for a nice walk along the canal. But I'm asking you lot to dig deep, please, and pull out the wallet/purse for these wonderful people who are always available for their patients on the phone, by email or in person.
