The first 10 days of Dhu'l-Hijjah, the twelfth and final month of the Islamic calendar, beginning on Friday 28 October, have been described as the best day of the year, a time when Allah (swt) showers His faithful servants with forgiveness, mercy and bestows His favours upon them. They include the Days of Hajj, Eid and Arafah, the great day of sacrifice (Qurbani), emulating the practice of our Prophet Ibrahim (AS).

Qurbani or Uduhiya as it is know in Arabic is necessary upon those who are able and can afford it. At Al-Khair Foundation we make sure that your Qurbani is performed within Islamic guidelines and that the meat is distributed amongst the poorest people and in areas hardest to access. I would request you to place your Qurbani today with Al-Khair Foundation and share your sacrifice and happiness with those who deserve it most this Eid-ul-Adha.
