...so I'm back...by popular demand :-)

Mum and I will be walking the Race for Life -Twilight event at Norfolk Showground, Norwich on Friday 18th October at 7pm.

...easy does it for my return with a gentle 5K - all the fantastic support of the Race for Life event...just in the dark...but I'm pretty sure those of us taking part will light up the night as always for the challenge, for the cause, for the cure.

Most of you will know that Mum took part in her very first event with me back in the summer and at 70 years old she is proof that it's never too late to make a difference - I'm really proud of her, I'm sure you are too so if you can spare a £1 or two it'd be really appreciated - by Mum, by Me and by all of those we're remembering as we walk - every single £1 counts so go on...let's stack them up :-) x
