Everyone knows I’m not one for many words but I believe this is a worthy cause to get behind and I hope you will to.
Winter Night shelter is an initiative set up to shelter
those in need during the winter months with beds, food and good company.

I’ve decided to run the MK Half Marathon in aid of this
charity much to my legs protest and if could donate any amount you could spare
that would be amazing.
There will be plenty of photos
from me after every practice run I do so look out for them if you want a laugh!
