In addition, I will be doing a 25km static bike ride in the gym to help raise awareness and fund research for a disease that is killing one man in the UK every 45 minutes.

With several people I know having being diagnosed in the last year or so and having lost a former colleague to the disease, I want this year's Rotary Ride to be the best yet.
