Our team are raising money for Papworth Hospital Charity and the CF Trust.
One of our friends suffers from CF and has recently undergone a double lung transplant at Papworth Hospital. The incredible bravey and strength he has shown in the face of such a life altering operation has encouraged us all to show our support for him by signing up for the Robin Hood Half Marathon. Our team consists of experienced marathon runners and amateurs, and the aim is to simply cross the finish line with smiles on our faces, regardless of time.
'Papworth Hospital is the UK’s largest specialist heart and lung hospital working with nearly 80,000 patients each year', and we have seen first hand the outstanding work they do day in, day out.
