Here is a little why myself and the gang are risking sore bums....

A few years ago Andrew Mayer broke is back for the second time whilst playing football. Due to the remote area where he lives, he was treated by the Welsh Air Ambulance. Andy is now fine and since then we have have been trying to organise a charity bike ride that would challenge us and raise money for this worthy and life saving cause.

The air ambulance is a vital resource available to every remote part of the country. They do a great job and at the end of the day they CHANGE and SAVE LIVES......

We are now organising a 300 mile bike ride around Wales in just 3 days. Ouch i hear you say.....

The ride will start from the coastal village of Pontgarreg, in Ceredigion, the scene of Andy's accident.

From here we shall ride North along the coast to the Welsh Air Ambulances' base in Caernarfon.

The next Day we shall ride through the Snowdonia National Park to the Welsh Air Ambulances' base in Welshpool.

The final day will take us through the Brecon Beacons to the Welsh Air Ambulances' base in Swansea.
