Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.

I am very sorry but unfortunately, this attempt is on hold for a while due to a stress fracture in my Fibula. Hopefully I will get the all clear on the 12th of April to resume my training but as you may know an attempt like this requires months of preparation & I will need to co-ordinate all of my team for the next available window.

I will keep you posted on FB & Twitter as to when I will make the record attempt. Once again, I apologise but this shall be done.

Just to let you know what the Rip-run is all about, this is the project I've been working on for quite some time now & I know a few of you have been chomping at the bit to see what it entails

Well here you go!

On the 1st April 2013 I, along with my back up crew will be attempting to circumnavigate the Welsh border. Starting in Chepstow & then running along the entire length of the new Welsh Coastal Path up to Queensferry and then heading south again along the length of Offas Dyke.

It's a total run length of 1057 miles & I'm hoping to do this in 16days! YES, thats 16 DAYS!! Gives me a daily mileage of just over 66miles along some of the most hilliest & rugged terrain in Britain.

If I manage to achieve this then it WILL SET a New World Record, but please remember every pound you donate will get me that little bit closer to the finish.

Why, dear GOD WHY am I doing this I hear you ask. Well, when you look at the work the Childrens Trust does & the trials & tribulations that these Children have to put up with then you'll see what an inspiration they are to anybody. Sixteen days of tackling the Great British Weather along with the pain I will endure is nothing compared to what these kids have to put up with.

Dig deep folks, I know you can & will help me as much as possible. Every £1 donated will push me just that little bit further along.
