We exist to give a lifetime of support to the wider Army family, regardless of where or when a soldier served. We act swiftly and efficiently in providing support in the form of grants to those who find themselves in real need. We also provide grants to charities who support the wider Army family.

Story

Thanks for taking the time to visit my Sandhurst 24 hour run challenge page.

I have organised many charity events for help for heroes and ABF in the past:

.   Organised a charity boxing night.

.   Ran a half marathon on the front line in Afghanistan.

.   Took injured soldiers to run a marathon in Kenya.

.   Ran a marathon wearing body armour.

.   Last year ran five marathons in five days.

This time I'm going to run for 24 hours around a one and a half mile loop continuously.

After the Falklands War just as many soldiers committed suicide because of Post Traumatic Stress Disorder as there were deaths from enemy action during the War. Afghanistan and Iraq are likely to produce similar results, we can't let that happen.

Please help me help soldiers for today and tomorrow.

Thank you
