Several months ago our friend and colleague Geraint was diagnosed with a form of brain cancer.  Since then we have looked for ways to raise money for Brain Tumour UK and show our support for Geraint with several team members completing Triathlons and other long distance events.  Whilst physically challenging in their own right, these events were mere warm ups for this month's activity; attempting to grow a full beard in a month without/whilst looking like a fool.  This may come easily for some team members who at the end of the month will proudly sport a fine chin coat; others will be mercilessly mocked for their inadequate facial fringe. 

Either way it really doesn't matter, there will be plenty of pictures of your friend/colleague/loved one with dodgy facial hair and most importantly we will raise money for Brain Tumour UK and show our support for our friend who has been incredibly brave.
