I Completed the Bedford Half Marathon, my first half Marathon in
1 hour 48 Minutes and 34 Seconds on 11th December 2011.
I recently came into contact with a MK based charity called Food Bank who ensure that people in need get some immediate support when they fall on hard times, in order to bridge the gap before the relevent agencies are able to help. Please make a donation to Help them continue their excellent work.
