Story

Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page, after suffering with endometriosis chronically myself for over 13 years and numerous operations later. 80% of women with endometriosis have to miss time from work due to pain and 40% are too scared to tell their employer that they have the condition, endometriosis uk charity are helping to raise awareness and maybe less women will have to suffer in silence.

A staggering 1 in 10 women have endometriosis that's 2 million women in the UK, yet  80% of the UK's population haven't heard of it!!!

Women suffer in silence and lives are hard to deal with causing unbearable pain, surgery, medication, job loss, emotional/financial problems, bowel&bladder problems, fatigue, infertility to name a few.

I ran the 5k for endometriosis uk last September, the charity have asked me now to take part in the British 10k London Run. I am delighted to accept this challenge and will need all the luck and support from friends, family and fellow sufferers.

Donating through JustGiving is simple, fast and totally secure. Your details are safe with JustGiving – they’ll never sell them on or send unwanted emails. Once you donate, they’ll send your money directly to the charity and make sure Gift Aid is reclaimed on every eligible donation by a UK taxpayer. So it’s the most efficient way to donate - I raise more, whilst saving time and cutting costs for the charity.

So please dig deep and donate now, the more I raise the more challenging and rewarding for myself and the charity.
