I am doing a Sponsored Bungee Jump for Warrington Disability Partnership's Young Ambassador Project.  I've set myself a target of £1000 as I'm desperate to get this project running properly.  I also have a sponsor form for extra support.

I got involved with Warrington Disability Partnership due to my own disability.  I have mental health issues and in recovery from anorexia, depression and self harm.  With my experiences I have been able to go into schools and not just talk about my own disability but also the others as well. 

This is a massive thing for me to do and to be honest, I really can't believe I've agreed to do it.
