I've taken on this challenge once before, and feel it's a fantastic way to raise money for other young people to have the opportunities I've been lucky enough to have throughout my life. Not only that, but it's also great fun to challenge myself to work as a team with my amazing colleagues outside of the confines of the office!

So, 45 miles from Buckingham Palace to Windsor Castle and this time, I've not even sat on my bike for over a year! Oops! The challenge is on - hills here I come!!!!
