Story

Hi and thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page - Rachel's Leap of Faith!

Update 3/3/10 - Unfortunately due to a medical condition I have, flaring up over the last 2 weeks I have had to pull out of the jump on 6/3/10 but I am planning to reschedule as soon as I can. I am still accepting sponsorship for the jump, so feel free to donate, I still need your help to reach my target!! I cannot change the date of the jump on this page but just to make it clear- THE JUMP IS NOT HAPPENING ON 6/3/10 - I will post on here and on my facebook page the new date when I re-book.

Having decided that I need to challenge myself more and also do my bit for charity this year, I thought a skydive will kill 2 birds with 1 stone if you will. I have wanted to do a skydive for a few years now and decided now was the right time - if there's ever a right time to throw yourself out of a plane!!

I am raising money for Breast Cancer Care partly to help Boots UK Ltd (who I work for) raise a massive £100K for them this year and because, more importantly, so many lives are affected by breast cancer in one form or another every day, hopefully the money raised will help some of those people in some way.

Donating through JustGiving is simple, fast and totally secure. Your details are safe with JustGiving – they’ll never sell them on or send unwanted emails. Once you donate, they’ll send your money directly to the charity and make sure Gift Aid is reclaimed on every eligible donation by a UK taxpayer. So it’s the most efficient way to donate - I raise more, whilst saving time and cutting costs for the charity.

So please dig deep and donate now, anything you can spare will all be greatly appreciated!

Thanks

Love Rachel x
