Between the 1 – 11 March 2014, I will embark on a philanthropic challenge by trekking and camping in the Annapurna Mountains in Nepal and volunteering in a local village school. The aim will be to raise vital funds to help young disadvantaged people develop the skills, confidence and motivation to secure sustainable employment in hospitality, leisure and tourism in the UK and deliver a similar legacy training programme to benefit young people and the local tourism industry in Nepal.
