The National Autistic Society is here to transform lives, change attitudes and create a society that works for autistic people. There is still so much to do to increase opportunities, reduce social isolation and build a brighter future for autistic people. With your help, we can make it happen.

Story

My little boy Wilf is 4 and his best friend is called Sasha. Together they love making up hugely complicated imaginative games involving cuddly toys and lots of noise!

Recently Sasha has been diagonosed as autistic which means life for her and her family will be a little bit more complicated than otherwise.

My friend Hannah, Sasha's mum, and I are therefore donning our trainers to run the London BUPA 10k to raise money for the National Autistic Society, who provide invaluable support and advice for families living with autism.

As most of you know I am not a natural runner but I will do my best to stagger round as fast as I can!

Thanks for your support.
