I did 5k run a few years ago whilst wearing full Sealed Knot kit, this time its 10k in full kit - that has to be worth a donation in itself.
I'm taking part in the Jane Tomlinson Run For All on Yorkshire Day, starting at York Racecourse and going round the city centre before returning to the racecourse. I've been promised a cheerleading team, they better be there with some rehydrate at the end!
I don't have a set time I want to make it round in, I just want to make it round without going via a medics tent...
