I am raising money for a very special cause - The Aplastic Anaemia Trust, as many of you know my friend Elaine has a 13 year old son who is fighting this horrible disease. To do this I am swimming in the Great East Swim on 26 September, it is a one mile swim in Alton Water (where I normally only swim when I capsize!)
