I’ve decided to run the Bristol Half Marathon.

 

I may not survive and I’m not sure what the policy is in terms of NACOA getting the money if I don’t make it but I guess as long as I pass the finish line it should be OK.

 

Please give money, if not to help NACOA then to acknowledge how impressed you are by the fact I’m running a half marathon (although I’m not sure insanity is necessarily that impressive).

 

There’s stuff about NACOA on their website (for those of you that don’t know I also volunteer as a helpline counsellor for them) and there’s stuff about Just Giving on their website so if you need to know more about either then have a look.

 

It would be great if anybody wants to sponsor me and any amount would be very much appreciated.
