I am supporting the British Skin Foundation for several reasons. Firstly I am a dermatology nurse and meet many people whose lives have been affected by skin diseases/skin cancers. This charity researches many skin conditions, looking for future cures and treatments. It is a charity that probably takes a back seat to many of the bigger well known charities but to have a healthy body we need healthy skin which is the body's largest organ.
