In preparation for this epic adventure I have

- Broken a toe, published a recipe book, walked over 300 miles in training (most with Bess) and committed to dye my hair Purple if I get to £3000!

I commited to walking the wall in October and now some of my lovely friends and family have donated, I really have to get fit and prepared.  It's feeling very real, what keeps me going is the knowledge that money raised is going to the Alzheimers Society.  There are many worthy causes in the world and this one really captures the heart.  Memories are so precious and I can't imagine the fear associated with them slipping away.
