Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.

I agreed to take part in the ToughMudder after a few beers with a friend, who was telling me how much fun it would be! I signed up before I even knew what it was, and in the sober light of day was terrified but still excited. The ToughMudder for me is a huge challenge, especially given that my arms resemble Olive Oil's! I'm terrified of heights, not crazy about confined spaces, and a little bit of a wimp when it comes to cold water! So it should be fun.

On a more serious note though, Help for Heroes is an amazing charity, and it's an honour to be raising money for them. Unfortunately our Government lets down our heroes on a daily basis when they come home for war. whether you agree with the battles they are fighting or not (most people who know me, know that I'm a lover not a fighter!), these men and women brave the most frightening of situations on a daily basis to help keep us safe from harm. Even in my lovely little Jersey bubble, it's easy to see that without them life could very easily be different and alot more scary!

so please, dig deep and help show these heroes that the sacrifice's they've made were worth it, and that  we are grateful for their bravery  !
