Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.

As many of you know 2012 is the 20th anniversary of my first diagnosis of having M.E or Chronic Fatigue Syndrome.  Not much was known about this devastating chronic condition back then and what most people with M.E. need is support and understanding and someone who will listen.  And that's where Action for M.E. comes in. 

Quarter of a million people in the UK alone have this condition and Action for M.E. helps, understands and provides invaluable support and resources. 

So on Sunday 8th July Andy and I are cycling the 20km leg of the Cambridge Big Bike Ride in aid of Action for ME. Click the link for more details:-

I have been lucky enough to be able to live a full life despite this condition and I'm cycling 20km even if I need to sleep for 2 days afterwards to raise some money for this necessary but often forgotten charity. 

I know times are hard right now but I would be so happy if you could spare a £ or 2 :)
