A note from Hartwell...

Well what can I say, Rachel and I seem to have had a mad 5 minutes and here we are all signed up to do 100km (62 flipping miles...) London2Brighton Challenge 2013...

Rach and I have recently been going on jogs and are enjoying it so much we decided why not really go for it and set a big goal... Though why we decided on 62 miles rather than the marathon at 26 is anyones guess (At least you cant accuse us of doing anything by halves)

We are raising for Macmillan Cancer Support because they have been fantastic in so many ways for members of both our families and friends so we hope it will be something you support us on in any way you can :)

Please please please feel free to join us and cheer us on along the way next May, a friendly face or two would really keep our spirts high and until then we will be posting pictures of our 'Get Fit Mission'

A note from Lopacki...

For those who know me well enough, you will know that this isnt something I would normally do. Im neither that charitable nor energetic!! I decided at the beginning of this year to stop smoking (socially is still acceptable in case you see me with a one occasionally) and decided to get a bit fitter. Im For those who know me well enough, you will know that this isnt something I would normally do. Im neither that charitable nor energetic!! I decided at the beginning of this year to stop smoking (socially is still acceptable in case you see me with a one occasionally) and decided to get a bit fitter. Im completing a 10k in November (dont worry I wont be asking for money for that) and so thought id take on something more challenging next year (yes Sarah I am mad) if thats not reason enough to donate I dont know what is....

However on a serious note. The Macmillan Cancer Support do a brilliant job and both Rach and I have experienced the charity through relatives that suffered with Cancer so it was an obvious choice when deciding who to do this for!

Donating through JustGiving is simple, fast and totally secure. Your details are safe with JustGiving – they’ll never sell them on or send unwanted emails. Once you donate, they’ll send your money directly to the charity and make sure Gift Aid is reclaimed on every eligible donation by a UK taxpayer.
