This is my 3rd charity bike ride but I've never completed so much mileage in one go, so it's going to be a push!

A hospice is a place that you wish you will never need but when you are in the position that you do need it, you're so glad that they exist because of the constant support and comfort they give people. Please dig deep for this local hospice - I'll certainly need to dig deep to get all the way to Brighton :)
