I am taking part in the Cardiff 10k aside 3 colleges organised by Coffee #1 and Brains. The run is for Tenovus cancer care in which the target is £5,000. I think it is a really important charity to raise for so any donations would make all the difference - I'll personally be running for 3 special people, Sheila, Grandad and Princess Delilah.
