When first faced with the idea to trek the Great Wall of China and at the same time raise awareness and money for Newick House and The National Autistic Society, a worthy cause, I was delighted.

I must admit I am a beginner to the trekking scene and I am well aware that this is no easy ride - there will be challenges along the way, however, I’m preparing hard and am very much looking forward to this experience where I will be working with a group of people whom I will be meeting for the first time on the trek.

Training is hurting very much so you should dig really deep.
