Hi, im Dave, Iv got Cystic Fibrosis, and was lucky enough to receive a Double Lung Transplant 18th November 2014 after almost a year on the waiting list. Before my transplant, life was pretty much on hold as i was so unwell, i couldn't walk, climb the stairs, daily activities were very difficult, so I'm looking to Raise Much Needed Awareness about Cystic Fibrosis and Inspire people to strive for a healthier lifestyle. Since my transplant in November 2014 iv spent a lot of time on my mountain bike and in the gym getting as fit as possible, to set myself challenges and try raise some money and awareness along the way.. 

Last year Emma completed the London Nightrider by her self whilst i supported from the side line, this year we both decided todo it together in Liverpool. 

So on 16th/17th June 2016, Myself and Emma are both doing the 100k Liverpool Nightrider, please show your support and consider a donation. 

Also on the 25th June 2016 we will both be doing a 18 Mile cycle in Hay on Wye for Cystic Fibrosis.
