This April 2013 we are running the London Marathon to raise money for Cancer Research UK.

Pink Pony is Ralph Lauren’s worldwide initiative in the fight against cancer. Our mission is to reduce disparities in cancer care in medically underserved communities and ensure that treatment is available at an earlier, more curable stage. In the United States, 10 percent of the purchase price of Pink Pony products benefits the Pink Pony Fund of the Polo Ralph Lauren Foundation to support programs for screening, early diagnosis, treatment, research and patient navigation. Internationally, a network of local charities benefits from the sales of Pink Pony products.

All funds raised by the Ralph Lauren Pink Pony Team will go to Cancer Research UK - a fantastic UK charity, funded entirely by the public, which works to make the day when cancer is curable come that much sooner. Every 2 minutes someone in the UK is diagnosed with cancer so the work done here is never more important. The charity works to tackle over 200 different types of cancer by discovering & developing newer, kinder treatments and getting closer to cures and their research has gone a long way in helping to double survival rates in just 40 years.

Remember: They'll make sure Gift Aid (an additional 28%) is reclaimed on every eligible donation by a UK taxpayer, too, so please click on the Gift Aid box when you make your donation. That means more money goes to Cancer Research UK.
