I'm fundraising to support the AMU Unit and Ward 17 at Solihull Hospital.
Last year my husband was admitted for emergency care after complications with a long term heart condition. He was cared for with such amazing dedication and good humour by all the staff there everyday.
He's doing really well now and I wanted to challenge myself to do something to support the team the way they supported me and my family.
I can't say I'm not scared - I am, however knowing that this money will help others who are scared and facing a tough time is worth the challenge
