Initially i thought this was madness !!

Took the plunge to get fitter..training began 5 mths ago.. since then, the 'real' purpose quickly dawned - DO SOMETHING TO HELP OUT the less privileged.

Pedalling 500 miles in 5 days, I hope 500 people will benefit - one for every mile.
