I will be joining 99 colleagues from HSBC around the world to trek 100km over 5 days deep in the Arctic Circle across Greenland. the world's largest island. The trek will place through untamed land, some of which is untouched by human civilization. This will be a charity event as well as a personal challenge and we will be fundraising on behalf of WaterAid.

WaterAid is an international non-governmental organisation, which aims to transform lives by improving access to safe water, hygiene and sanitation in the world's poorest communities. WaterAid works to provide skills and support to communities in setting up and managing practical and sustainable solutions. WaterAid also works to change policy and practice so that water, hygiene and sanitation's role in reducing poverty is recognised. The funds we are raising for this event will go to a water work in India helping the poor communities to access clean water for drinking, toilets and hygiene.
