Khalsa Aid (KA) is primarily a international humanitarian relief agency, based on the teachings of the Sikh Gurus who preached well being of all humanity. Since the launch of KA in 1999 we have provided aid in many different disasters. Most recently Khalsa Aid has launched projects in Punjab.

Story

In June 1984 Bhai Zora Singh was in the Indian army ( 9th Sikh Regiment ) ,after hearing of the attack on Harmander Sahib ( Golden Temple ) by the Indian military he left his post in GangaNagar and marched towards Amritsar along with other Sikh soldiers. Bhai Sahib was sentenced to 14 years in jail for the mutiny, he served 9 years.

Bhai Sahib was diagnosed with cancer 3 weeks ago, he only found out about the cancer after visiting a doctor about the pain in his back. The cancer has spread throughout his spine and has also been detected around his chest, Bhai Sahib is in severe pain and due to the limited resources in the family he is unable to get the best treatment for pain and stablising the cancer. His in constant pain !

This Singh deserves the best of treatment and painkilling medication, he stood for the Panth when the Panth was under attack and now we must stand with him and his family in their hour of need.
