On the edge? I’M GOING OVER THE EDGE!

On the 21 July 9 friends and myself are going over the edge for Raw…

Over the Edge of Avon Gorge to be precise 190ft from top to bottom and I am going to be Climbing and Abseiling it !!!

Training started months ago! 

There I am. Down the gym. Every morning 6am. Protein shake in hand. Ready to feel the burn!

Well... When I'm not hung over or just sleeping that it....

But in all seriousness, I’ve been getting buff in anticipation for this once in a lifetime event. 

Really I mean it I’m never doing it again, I am so scared what if I get stuck half way up or down for that matter… I just hope there are some hunky men to rescue me.

So how did I get talked into this?  I blame my Mum…

But seriously I wanted to get involved with and support a fantastic local charity Raw Foundation, a sustainable development organisation working with young people to build an environmentally sound, socially just and economically viable future.

Through Raw Foundation’s unique prevention educational programmes we can all learn to change, nourish and protect the environment we live in. Education can guide and motivate all people to pursue sustainable lives.

THE AIM IS SIMPLE.  WE MUST CHANGE. 

Together we can start to build a better world. This is why we need to help valuable charities and this is why I am ON THE EDGE FOR RAW!
