Every year I like to set myself a challenge and this year I am running from Coast-to-coast in Cornwall, along the Saints Way, a route of just under 30 miles. You can read more about it on my blog.

As well as setting mylself a challenge I am aiming to raise money for a great charity organised by two friends of my daughter, CoppaFeel. Please follow the link and read about CoppaFeel and read Kris's Story.
