Thinking of our 'Ray of Sunshine' on our Wedding Anniversary 8th May. Two years today we tied the knot, and I will forget you not. You filled my life with so much happiness, losing you caused so much sadness. Loved so much by all who knew him..........
- he only thought of others during his last days at the Bury Hospice wanting to help others by giving and inspiring others to give.
That is why he started this just giving page, whilst he was a patient In Bury Hospice.

Ray started this page when he was a guest at the Bury Hospice. He wanted to thank them for their hospitality during his stay because from the moment he arrived on Thursday 5th August 2010 the care they gave him and myself was second to none. Nothing was too much trouble for the staff and the surroundings and facilities at the Bury Hospice are unbelievable. From the moment he arrived he has found great comfort and peace and although on Monday 9th August 2010 Ray sadly died whilst still there he could have been in no better place. Ray wanted to start off this fund raising as a thank you to them and to ensure Bury Hospice are able to continue to offer this to people who need their care. Jewels Lightfoot
