I have always enjoyed outdoor activities and I think this is a great way to challenge myself while helping to raise money for a good cause. The Three Peaks Challenge involves walking the highest mountains in Scotland, England and Wales within 24 hours. The three peaks are Snowdon, in Wales (1085m); Scafell Pike, in England (978m); and Ben Nevis, in Scotland (1344m). I've begun my training and can't wait to take on the Three Peaks!
