Hi everyone.
So this year rather taking a trip to a balearic island with the lads, we've decided to get fit and also raise some money for a charity close to most peoples hearts.
Most people have lost someone close to heart disease, I've lost a father, auntie and grandad.
It's not only the raising of funds to promote and fund the foundation, but the fact that by getting fitter, eating healthier and leading less sedentary lives we can help win the fight against heart disease!
